It does what it says just fine. I'm quite happy with it :-) I was deciding if it was better to use Whatsapp or this app, but I don't think whatsapp is as integrated as this. I'm still looking into it, but for now, this will do.

Simple, fast and easy to use. Perfect for my website, it's so responsive and easy to use. I think I will use it all the time and recommend it to my business friends.

Leider stürzt die App oft ab. Die Kommunikation mit den Kunden wird dadurch unterbrochen. Die Funktionen sonst sind gut Ein Kunde hat meine Antwort mit einem Tag Verzögerung erhalten.

I like the convince of quickly being able to communicate with potential and existing customers. I also love the feature of being able to see what they have within their cart.

A great app, especially as it's free. It's missing just one thing that would make it on par with many of the chat systems that charge $$$

Add email piping. So sending an email to a specific email address creates a conversation. This would make this premium, easily.

Hello, we really hope that the Shopify Inbox can add a option that only the clients who have ordered / the clients who have registered can send us the messages. Because now we do not provide the cutomised customer service to all the clients. Thanks.
