I first watched a video tutorial about the advantages of it, then i followed the step by step and it was super easy to install.

Going to have to agree with the other reviews. Looks like a great free app to add directly from shopify but it's absolutely worthless to me without android or desktop support to answer messages.

Thanks for your feedback, and we completely understand your frustration that Shopify Chat requires Ping, which is only for iOS at the moment. The team is actively thinking about the best way to deliver this feature to all merchants.

Why does it keep logging me out? Why does it eat my messages before they are sent?

Stop spending time on AI and just get basics right.

I have been using this app for over an 7 months now. The features that this app provides are great. I can share photos, product, discounts information. Really like this app.
