Inbox is awesome to use, replaces external apps entirely and the newly added feature of product cards are money! Cha-Ching!

I have been using this app for over an 7 months now. The features that this app provides are great. I can share photos, product, discounts information. Really like this app.

Great app, streamlined our pre/after-sales contact quite a bit. Two suggestions:
- Comprehensive search option
- The ability to recall messages

I love this app! It helps me to be more engaging in my customers. I love how it provides an option to assign the conversation to a team member. Kudos!

Why does it keep logging me out? Why does it eat my messages before they are sent?

Stop spending time on AI and just get basics right.

Very poorly designed app. Missing alot of key features!! would suggest looking into another messaging app
