Hello, this app is simple and convenient, and it is effortless for novices to use it. But after I downloaded this APP on my phone for the first time and logged in to use it, the shopify account on my phone automatically went offline and I couldn't log in. I don't know what the reason is, and I don't know how to solve this problem. I can only use my computer to operate Shopify now.

Phone chat can't attach photo. If phone chat have attach photo function will be better. For other function so far so good.

Die App ist eine große Erleichterung in der Kommunikation mit den Kunden! Ein paar Punkte könnte man noch verbessern: Integration mit Instagram Nachrichten funktioniert in der Inbox leider nicht (nur auf Facebook).
Es wäre außerdem super wenn man Notizen an einen Chat anhängen könnte und die Sofortantworten könnten ein paar mehr Zeichen vertragen. Man ist hier schon sehr eingeschränkt mit der geringen Zeichenanzahl. Wir nutzen die Sofortantworten nämlich als FAQ. Ansonsten super :)

After installing this app. I have started receiving many messages, which are nuisance sometimes. However interaction with potential customers actually give more relief to them which, I believe, lead to worry free shopping. So overall this app. helps my business.

This has been operational for a couple of months with us now, it does everything we expected and hoped it would do. It seamlessly integrates with our web site in an obvious yet subtle way. It has helped us engage with customers very simply and effectively.
I guess my only gripe would be, why is it not included as a standard feature of the Shopify platform? As such I wish we had been aware of it much earlier.
I wish shopify inbox could be on the same page as my admin page and it wouldn't take me to another window
