It works. It's nice to have the mobile app too so I can respond to customers during precious family time, like Christmas morning. lol. Seriously though, I do like getting back to customers in a timely manner so I don't lose the sale, and Inbox works seamlessly.
Everything is good, except we wish we could use emojis.

Its great, if shopify makes it you know its good. Plus it's free. I would love now for them to integrate AI with the chat, that can aid customers based on product questions and stuff
