Swift, easy, no subscription, and no need for a lot of setup. Thank you guys!
Too easy to use. Customers use it and love it. Makes this one man operation nearly available all the time, even when I'm not sitting at my computer or at the office.
It makes communication with customers easier. I like the fact that chat with customer is mentioned and linked also in their order history. I would like to be able to format the message, like in mail, before sending it.
Shopify Inbox is a great way to assist customers , however the app for the mobile device does not send the push notifications for instant reply to the customers and the only reason it gets a four star

Your AI tool is superb!!! Makes answering questions a breeze.
It's good but I wish if I could chat with all platforms like before. Your the only robot here and its an amazing way to provide customer service.
