We like Shopify Inbox except for the exception that (as far as we know) it can't be shut off when we are not available to answer. This is frustrating for our customers.

I like how it is easy to use.
Amazing store and friendly service, I did not trust before but went ahead anyway and placed my order, to my surprise, it was delivered just as I have ordered it. Consider me a regular shopper from your store.
I don't think I am getting notified when mail arrives, otherwise I am fine with it
