Nothing like them getting the best customer service from the person that started the business themselves. Your the only robot here and its an amazing way to provide customer service.

its ok but sometimes i can't access messages from my customers. I get the notification on my phone. When I go to the inbox the messages do not appear.

I have tried refreshing my browser and everything.

Please help.

It is a nice customer service app to add to be able to converse with our customers and to be alerted to when they ask questions and need answers. It can be done at all hours and we personally find that convenient
