It's great to have a direct line to customers. I'm not keen on the automatic replies, but we don't have to use them and the inbox app itself is very useful.
It does what it says on the tin, there are occasions I do miss the messages, but I'm not sure if that's my end of Shopify's but on the whole communication is good.
Good thus far..... it warns you of spam so even better
I can certainly see the utility of this app, however, this app seems to be a favorite of FIVERR as well. Most of my interactions from this app are from people trying to sell me something, instead of vice versa.
YOU NEED A BUTTON OR OPTION TO ALLOW TO CLOSE ALL OPEN CONVERSATIONS OR OLD MESSAGES
Good app. Would be better if you were able to see if other team member is writing to avoid duplicated responses.
Simple and easy to use application... 4* because we miss CRM or client link to save the history of any contact.
It has worked really well. It does seem to struggle with attachments.
It's great and native to Shopify (obviously).
Only request would be more customisation options (custom fonts / CSS etc)
I love it! It has all my customer info at hand. It's super easy to attach product info to messages too.
