It's a great way for customers to get in touch with us immediately.

Its very good, i wish i can engage with the customer while they are browsing before they leave the site or message Sumstuff4u with questions so that we might help guide them to a purchase.

It's easy to navigate but there are a few things that could be better.

it is convenient and fast

Works fine - but doesnt make any sense that it no multi language.

This chat plug application is super awesome. Fantastic and it's FREE what else you need.

I used the Shopify inbox for a while and I can say that it is very helpful and achieves the aim of it for anyone who uses it.
