I would strongly recommend it.
Would be good if replies were automatically saved as "Drafts" so that I can go back to them. Exit page to check something and the email disappears!

Desktop version of Inbox is easy to use. I like that when messages can be sent via email if customer is no longer online.

This is generally a decent chat app that seamlessly integrates with their own Shopify ecosystem. The one thing I would improve is the push capabilities because when I've read/responded to a message on my iPhone, for instance, I don't want to still see an unread message on my iPad and/or Mac (without needing to enter said message to make it refresh).

I just downloaded this to try out but had a few ideas how it could be better. I realize it's a very new app. We're not going to use it in our shop for these reasons though we will be checking back to see if/when these options are made available later.
1. There isn't an option that allows you to just show the chat symbol without pulling up the chat. We don't want our website to be too invasive ...
