At the present time I have only used it one time, so don't have a opion either way yet. But it looks like I will like it going forward.
The app works well. Would be nice with built-in translation tool as we use it for multiple languages

Its okay app, but not the best in the market. I am using it because its free.
Works good, but there is some issues when sending a message. It always says "failed to deliver" after clicking send, but it sends after clicking "retry". It always sends the message on the second try.
It is very easy to be able to communicate with my customers this way.
its everything good just there is a need of little improvement of mobile app notifications and the first owner respond to the costumer may delay or not appear until you reload the page anything else is amazing
It is nicely integrated, but sometimes hard to locate/remember where to find on the dashboard - desktop, mobile, inbox - so I can reply.
I found an issue syncing my messages between my phone, iPad and desktop computer. Seems the messages are wrongly time-stamped. Earlier messages are appearing a the bottom while the latest messages appear above, on different devices.
I like the fact that I can directly communicate with customers and solve their problems.
