It's a great app! Mostly useful, does its job well!
The only negative side of the app is that it does not let you customize most of their text. So, appart from the questions/answers (which you are free to edit as you please), the rest of the chat (title, disclaimer, etc) you have to stick to their translation, even if you want to switch to a more formal / less formal text (which many languages have, not everyone has a simple language like American English), you can't, it kind of ruins the experience if it does not match with the rest of the site's text style.

I love getting notifications so I never miss an inquiry from a customer. The only thing is I don't know if it screens spam or bots.
great way of customers being able to ask questions immediately without having to search for an email address and I think has converted browsers to buyers
This app has great potential. Based on where it's development is at the moment, I gave it 4 stars since it's still fairly basic. For what it does, it does it really well, otherwise it would have been an easy 5-star rating. The fact that it's free, and works right out of the box is tremendously helpful for starting-off business who can't afford 3rd party solutions that cost an arm-and-a-leg. Eventually as INBOX continues to grow and develop, it's usefulness will continue to grow as well.

I use this app daily to help my customers with any questions that they may have with their orders
Easy to set up and easy to use. I like that I can easily reply on my phone or on my computer. And it blends nicely with my store.
Great for responding to customer queries and staying on top of sales opportunities.
