No issues, like that ai drafts responses, that over time are getting better and better and i often just have to push send when I answer queries now.

All good, it does what it should do.
The only problem, but I think it's more of a Shopify issue, is that sometimes on the mobile app it does randomly log out and I can't know, so I stop receiving notifications.

Great for keeping in touch with current and potential customers. On Apple devices you can bypass focus modes to ensure messages come through without delay.

Update: Would like to see Ai added to this. So, we have an automatic reply to customers. I know there's quick replies, but not as good. Still 5 stars though.
