This is amazing... I can't believe we didn't try this sooner. We were consistently having issues with our old chat app (which was a PAID app), and I finally had enough and switched to this. I did not realize how many wonderful functions it has. I am able to see so much about the customer that I never was able to see before... what they have in their cart, their most recent order, how long they've been a customer for, what page they were on when they initiated the chat. Its extremely well integrated with Shopify so its very useful. In addition, it was super easy to set up, I was able to do it in about 15 minutes. So far I have not had any issues with this, and we are getting so many more customer chats, so I know its easier for customers to use. There's also an option to setup instant answers, so customers can find out answers to common questions, or even check on the status of their order, without having to engage with a live person. It looks like at least half of our chats are being resolved this way, which has been wonderful!
Customers love to use this app and it is great for ensuring we miss nobodies emails.
Chargebacks have gone down since using this app due to customers being able to easily contact us without having to deal with emailing as well.
Inbox has grown over the years, and now is a fully functioning way of communicating with customers. Plus it has a location function in the customer profile section, so you can tell if you're dealing with scammers.

So any new potential leads or sales are not lost by being able to beat the competition to satisfy your customers questions in an instant.

Great tool for customers to get answers quickly. Quick answers are a great addition and we've noticed how much customers appreciate an instant response. Easy to use and the mobile app works great. Would like to see it tag customer orders in Shopify.
This app makes it easier to stay in touch with the customer and possibly even engage them. It is a great tool that can convert curious visitors into customers. It is good that you also receive e-mails that there are unanswered messages, so that you do not miss responding to customers
What an app! There are issues sometimes like messages being delayed on the mobile version but if you are in the office then it's flawless. Great job shopify
Easy to use, and very well-integrated with our Shopify store (duh, it's first party).
Would be great if we could drag and drop media into the chat directly on browser, as we need to attach media quite often.
