I can respond to customer with this Inbox right the way. But I wonder if I can initiate chat or writing to customer with this Inbox?

Hi, there! Thanks for your review! You are correct, the conversation will display as a chat box. There is currently no option however, to initiate a chat with a customer manually. - Skye, Shopify Support

This has been operational for a couple of months with us now, it does everything we expected and hoped it would do. It seamlessly integrates with our web site in an obvious yet subtle way. It has helped us engage with customers very simply and effectively.
I guess my only gripe would be, why is it not included as a standard feature of the Shopify platform? As such I wish we had been aware of it much earlier.

For a free app it works fine. If basic message templates were added for instant answers that would save us a lot of time. Other apps have them. Easy, peasy.

- To reply to customer messages: ‘Customers’ permissions
- To send product pages in chats: ‘Products’ permissions
- To send discount codes in chats: ‘Discounts’ permissions
- To send draft orders in chats: ‘Draft Orders’ permissions

tenemos algun problema con las estadisticas de seguimiento
llevamos mas de un mes sin encontrar una solucion para esto. por el resto bien

Honestly, its a great app. I've tested a few and this one seems the best in terms of functionality, reliability, easy of use, mobile access.... We uninstalled after the meaningly update to button design and PLACEMENT. The new design options are childish and since we cannot adjust distance from corners, we have had to set up other buttons based off where this button lands.. The update not only changed the design but also the placement, now all out buttons are out of wack. Its too much work to go in, every time the developer decided to change thing up, and adjust the other buttons.
Also in response to the review where "The app creates customer profiles on its own, so when the customer goes to create an account, it says "this email is already in use".". The developer response is spot on! The customer can click "forgot password", on the login page, to initiate the process of resetting or creating a password

was very good. I can speak with my clients every day, every hours. It is a good and useful application.
