Great app to offer awesome customer service. Allows me to communicate directly with customers in real time to help them with any issues they may be having or answer questions asap so as not to lose the sale.

It works well for managing communications with clients. It's a mini CRM not just a messaging app. I like how I can have automatic replies.

It seems to be a really good way to engage with customers and I love the fact that if you miss their question, you can actually email an answer to them.
