Very easy and quick to read instant communication tool

love this always going to be using this app

It works as advertised and is an easy way to communicate with customers.

I love this app, it gives me insight into products

I've not had a bad experience with Inbox yet.

Not as immediate in chatting with customers as we would like. We were used to using Zendesk and having more data while chatting with customers.

Good way to establish ideas on custom orders.

Really great app. Allows for efficient communication with visitors.
