As soon as I added this app, my conversion have improved significantly. Comparing to the previous chat bot I used that was connected to facebook and had an extra step of logging in as a guest or not, this is a breeze for a website visitor to engage, and wonderful on my end to get right into the conversation with the client if they need assistance right on spot. Highly recommended! Thanks so much!

I like how Shopify Inbox connects my chats and makes it easy for me to respond quickly to my customers. I recommend to anybody who is on business to connect their chats together in one place with Shopify Inbox for easy control.

excelente app, aunque hay mejoras que se pueden implementar, por ejemplo: poder habilitar que el cliente suba alguna imagen, cada vez que un cliente vuelve a usar el chat se pierde el historial del chat anterior, falta poder buscar texto en una conversación,

Works very well for instant messages. If we are not online, we receive the message and customer data on the inbox app or Shopify, and we can reply later. The only "bad" is I cannot personalize the chat button text, which is not right for my brand voice. But I love it.
