Amazing, easy to use. User firendly.
Good both from desktop & from app.
It increased our sales form the first min we installed it.

so if youre interested in that then here you go.
i turned off the chat & inbox but yet IM STILL GETTING THESES SPAM MESSAGES

It's a great app when you're using the desktop version within the store, but 1 star gets knocked off for the mobile version. Mobile is sloooow and buggy and long conversations with a customer make the app almost unusable.

It is a useful way to talk with customers, and the integration with Shopify is nice to use compared to other apps.

very nice needs some support for Arabic language only some letters does not show in the mobile app while chatting but overall great

Easy to use app. Only 1 thing has to be improved is the login process. For some reason I should log in every time when I receive questions from my customers.

Shopify chat will appear as the same language as your theme. If it is not a supported language it will default to english. I'm glad to hear that you like the app so far.
