This app can´t be costumizable for our store, there is no desktop version in order to manage the chats and we can choose where we want the widget. There are better chat apps.

Excellent, lots of great features built right in and free. What's not to love? We moved away from Tidio and am glad so far.

It increased sales as customers have direct communication with seller. It's easy to use, on a mobile device or on a computer and it reduces the need for emails.

It's easy to use and integrates FB's consultation. Nice and great! It would be better if it could support video uploading.

great experience and love shopify i enjoy most how it integrates with other solutions online and as well as lms.

I use this app to interact with customers. I like that it provides away to use quick responses. I do not like that I can not tell if it active. Meaning, my store says that I can not use another because of this one although I have followed all of the steps. It would be better if their was a active button that made it immediately available.
