A very useful app, aside from being free. It's very convenient to use from a PC and Phone. Hopefully, this will stay free as it helps me interact with my customers easily. Good job to the developers and Shopify.

Muy buena integración para facilitar la comunicación con clientes y prospectos, además de poder recibir notificaciones en la computadora, puedes usar la app que lo hace todo más ágil. También puedes recibir las notificaciones en el Apple Watch.

So far so good! Seamless integration with my store is great. It is simple, but gets the job done well. I removed a competitor chat app and added Shopify's, instantly got 5 interaction points in less than a day which was much more frequent than my last chat.

This app does the job, but I'd really like the option to be able to block certain countries from even sending a message or the ability to send certain countries right to the spam box.
