Our repeat customers buy 2-3 times a year a few months between sales. I work hard to stay connected, and this app gives them an easy way to connect with me in the in-between times. I just started using it but that seems to be the way it's working for me so far.
Nice app! I have just started my first ever side hustle, so I'm kinda newbie in this type of thing, still this app provides me with everything I might yet imagine :)))

Better than anything else we have used so far. would be cool to see what the customer is typing. And a search function would be desirable

Clients images never seem to come through to me so I always have to redirect them to email to see their attachments.

At this time, clients are not able to send images through Shopify Chat, but we are working on adding that ability. Keep redirecting them to email for now if you don't mind.

It is a good app that allows customers to ask direct questions. however; the delay in getting the notifications sometimes means the customer has left the site. It does send the response via email but sometimes it would be good to interact with the customer straight away - otherwise a great app

Chat pot is one of the most powerful to use on your website even if you are still in the preparation period, just adding some questions and auto-reply can be used to direct your lost visitors directly to right place and solve the issue without spending your time in it, keep going guys, great app
