É ótimo centralizar comunicações pelo Shopify Inbox e ter acesso rápido aos links dos produtos, cupons etc. Para melhorar, uma integração com o WhatsApp seria perfeita!

É um app que poderia ser nativo do Shopify, ou pelo menos ter uma integração melhor a nível de backend. Na verdade não há integração alguma, o app abre em um novo site, quando deveria ser parte da admin. O péssimo é a necessidade de abrir o app para ficar online, para receber qualquer notificação. O Shopify deveria mudar a forma como alguns apps se comportam, mostrando notificação do app na própria administração do site.

Works well and receive questions from customers fast. Love the automatic Q&As. Other then that, wish scammers wouldn't message us, but I guess that can't be helped.

Shopify inbox is all spam. It’s a waste of time and detracts from actual customer engagement. Wish it were more reliable and could filter the bots out.

Hi, there. I understand how frustrating it can be to receive spam messages, and that your time is much better spent helping customers. You do have the option to block a conversation, though I know this can also be time consuming if you're receiving spam from multiple users. This app is adding (1) in all titles of stores for years and they're not solving it. I've seen it also in other stores using this which affects SEO.

The app is amazing for business and really allows you to keep on top of customer inquires. It's a great opportunity to provide customer support, avoid chargeback and even make sales!!!

It is ok, but I would prefer to have the people contact directly on my email if they need something, that way I see it and do not miss anything.

Works great to communicate with customers. Only downside is having to sign in all the time if you get notified and don't have the web page or app loaded already. It's not too much hassle but if a customer is waiting live then it will consider you "away" and might end up emailing them by the time you reply.
