I find that many more customers are reaching out for help. In the past I only had a "contact us" page and customers used it sparingly. Now we get engaged customers every day.

Ter um chat na minha loja é importante. Mas não imaginei que fosse tão bom. Vinculei às minhas redes sociais e sou notificado e posso responder por aqui, conversas das redes sociais. Isso é incrível! Além de ser muito fácil de configurar, oferece respostas automáticas, o que facilita muito o pronto atendimento e orientação ao cliente. Muito satisfeito até agora. Super recomendo!

Amazing platform for owners to get in contact also for others to email on suggestions. This also allows us as shopify store owners to gain access to people browsing our adds on the social media platforms we post on. My only suggestion is that shopfiy open a portal so that one may search other store owners and link up with them to conduct business.
