I used the app to help with Instagram messages and being able to attach products directly to messages, it works great. The only thing I would like is for it to sync with Instagram so if I respond through Instagram the message is visible within Inbox. Apart from that it is doing what I want for sending messages. Haven’t tried any of the other features as yet but will do

Is there a way to link the chat so that it goes directly to your text messages in your phone. I know it pops up on my phone but the tone is difficult to hear.

At this time, there is no way to directly link your number to Inbox to receive messages via SMS, but that's a really fantastic idea! This app has been a great help for our store,but it suddenly stoped working from today morning,it showing "shopify.okta.com refused to connect" can you please resolve this issue.

Shopify Ping iOS users did experience login issues on March 1 & 2nd 2021. Our developers were able to resolve the issue with the latest app version 3.1.5 release. I'm going to personally follow up with an email to you to ensure that you are able to log into Shopify Ping and access your customer chats.

This app is really handy for collecting messages from multiple platforms - saves me time and I don't miss as many things. A big improvement would be allowing us to see messages and respond to them from inside our store dashboard without having to click and open so many additional windows.
