this app so catastrophic, always delays, not reliable, no flexibility....are there any plans to improve this app soon? The FAQ feature is strong but the rest is horrible, please update if there will be improvements?

What a pity that we cannot use one Shopify Inbox for 2 shops at the same time (if U want to use Inbox for next shop U need to log out and login). Other things are really great!

Très bon plugin, des fonctionnalités intéressantes, directement liés à shopify et Facebook. Avant je dépensais plusieurs centaines d'Euros par mois pour un service équivalent, le fait qu'il soit gratuit est un gros plus. Il y a par contre plusieurs axes d'améliorations enviable, l'idéal étant qu'il puisse fournir un service comparable à celui de Tidio (par exemple)
When I am off line, I could not receive messages that my customers send via chat widget, because all messages go to my collaborator's email, my email address set in the contact information does not work, I hire him to custom my store but now he is the one seeing the messages send from my customer when I off line, that is ridiculous.

Hello, we really hope that the Shopify Inbox can add a option that only the clients who have ordered / the clients who have registered can send us the messages. Because now we do not provide the cutomised customer service to all the clients. Thanks.

Love it. Solves a lot of problems. now we can manage business, our customers from my mobile 24x7 from anywhere and also monitor all the customer communications. This has really boosted our sales.

It shows a lot of information about the message sender on the right hand side, which is amazing. This includes whether the customer has products in their cart. Awesome! I love it!
