App simply doesn't work, losing sales because it doesn't want to load, ive tried on multiple networks just doesn't work on my phone.

Very good so far. Quick communication w/ customers while they are in the store. Converted 2 sales on first 2 convo's!

I use this app to communicate with customers that visit my store. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that I wish it had some kind of ping to notify when a customer is trying to reach out

That being said, for mobile notifications or mobile reminders (https://bit.ly/3sURAij), you can enable the sounds or the pop-up banner style for Shopify Inbox through the Notification settings on your iOS or Android device. Pretty nice. A little bit more customization options would be great & "available hours" should be shown to customers directly.
But it works just fine :)

I really like how simple it is to get every message at the same place, but I wish there were more automation possible (complete flows with answer choices for the customers) and there is also much room for improvement concerning bilingual sites.

The only good thing about this is the order lookup. Otherwise it's very, very basic. Needs a lot of improvement to do things like missed chats, tell customers that you're offline, etc.

I am having this error for more than 2 months.
"An error occured: Could not login to Inbox, please try again later (1000)"

Asked for support and haven't had any support.
Yesterday, I deleted the sale channel but it is back on my sale channel list. (How!!!)

Can anyone help me use or delete this thing?

I have been using this app for over 6 months now. It is better than other third party apps. However, there is no auto-response feature. This doesn't raise notifications consistently thereby we missed customer entry/exit. Also, unable to ping/reach the existing customer after they exit the store. More features need to be added to earn 5 *

Although Shopify Chat does not currently have auto-response feature, it does have an order look-up feature allowing customers to find a status on their order. Also, for the entry/exit feature, it does not send out notifications until the customer sends you a message.
