This app does not support image. you won not able to see on your mobile. it's completely disappointed.

The Shopify Inbox app allows you to upload and share images with your customers via your mobile device; I just tested this myself in my iPhone and was able to share an image successfully. I have a iphone and it tells me i have to go to my desk top to pick app i want to add. I cant even get this to work computer say it cant load because its an app and not a program. page just sits and flashes.
It can't support guide visitors to leave emails, not phone numbers in North American. We can't adjust the setting.
Great app! Shopify keeps improving to present solution to its customers always making it easier to have an online store.

using shopify inbox created a great convenince for me it allow me to manage and interact with my customers even when i am faraway from my computer,,it is a great experience and i recommend it to everybody
easy to use app I hope they add more features soon! It is very basic now, needs more options/colors.
