the best FREE chat app.. I cannot believe this is a free chat.. thank you very much for creating this app.
After installing this app. I have started receiving many messages, which are nuisance sometimes. However interaction with potential customers actually give more relief to them which, I believe, lead to worry free shopping. So overall this app. helps my business.

Better than anything else we have used so far. would be cool to see what the customer is typing. And a search function would be desirable
Pros: great integration with shopify. Customer info at finger tips. Cons: It needs more features: Provide email support, so that we can use the same tool for chat and email support. Provide levels of instant responses, so that we can have more of them available in a categorized way, allow customers to easily upload attachments. Better options styling and layout options to help avoid overlapping with cart page buttons.

It's a very nice app. I like how the chat doesn't automatically open when people visit the page. Very good experience overall.
