This app is really easy to use. Many useful features. I really enjoy this app and would recomend it for sure.

It blocks the whole page and does not let the visitor exit. If they reload the page, it loads back up. This is a horrible experience.
Hey there, thanks for taking the time to write a review. When you open the chat by selecting the icon on the online store - you can also select the application icon once again to close the chat. With that being said, the application should still allow you to still select items on the online store. I am using it for last one year and i found it Excellent App with user friendly interface and amazing its 100% FREE.

Best chat App ever! i really like the fact that all the client info are connect to the app.It make the experience very good and optimize your time when your are assisting a client since you already have all the details. Love it
Muy practica para conversaciones con los clientes, tiene herramientas para hacerles llegar más fácil los productos a los clientes.
App is functional, but is very limited in appearance. Don't make the chat function pop up in a massive box every time someone visits the store. It should be a small icon that expands. Also, add the ability to collapse the space where the instant answer questions go when I do not want to use them. I uninstalled and will check again in the future.
