its everything good just there is a need of little improvement of mobile app notifications and the first owner respond to the costumer may delay or not appear until you reload the page anything else is amazing
very easy to communicate with customers
it's good but it does feel a little bit clunky at times as I have to sign in again to respond. also, I don't think customers can attach listings/images to things they're asking about (but that might be the regular shopify inbox - sorry, cannot recall)
não aparece no tema craft. um tema nativo da shopify. ja desinstalei e voltei a instalar e continua a nao aparecer.
Easy and lets me get my job done with quick communication from phone or store admin areas.
