As of my last knowledge update in December 2023, Shopify Inbox has provided a seamless experience for businesses looking to streamline their customer communication.

The platform's user-friendly interface and integration with Shopify's ecosystem have made it efficient in managing customer inquiries, resulting in improved customer satisfaction and conversion rates. The app works really well, I can answer via desktop or mobile to help customers with any questions, it has helped to secure purchases that may otherwise have been lost.

Easy to use. Sometimes there is a delay of a few minutes before a chat message is delivered on my phone, but overall, it's a helpful app.
