Great to see the use of ChatGPT. However, it does need more input from customers who tend to limit the information that they give.
Very good, solid app which fits in well with workflows while keeping bloat to a minimum.
My only suggestion is to provide a way to get rid of the fake notification badge which appears even when there's no messages for the customer, which is irritating for users and somewhat of a dark UX pattern.
It would be great if it only appeared when there's an actual message for customers.

efficace et fonctionnelle
There is one annoying problem we'd love Shopify Inbox to fix. When a customer starts a chat with you, Shopify Inbox detects their location and lists it under their name at the top of the chat. eg. (United Kingdom).
However, there is no way you can search for that information in Shopify. As an example we had a lot of customers from (United States) contact us and ask when we would be open in USA. Once we were open in USA we went to create a customer segment of all those US enquiries but weren't able to. There is a Search box in Shopify Inbox but it only searches what you or the customer have written in the chat. It doesn't find other customer details like their location.
Surely this would be an easy fix? If so, when Shopify Inbox automatically creates a customer card for Chat customers, capture their location too please!!
We have had a fairly good experience; it was initially a rocky start with the interface issues to other selling channels but once those issues were resolved then it has been pretty good.
great app, but it would be good to have some sort of notification there is an email waiting (like a sound or something)
its good for communication but issue is timing.

Yes it seems to be getting more commonly used as time goes on.
This app works quite well. I do wish it had some more pro level features, but it is a great app for interfacing with your customers.
The inbox for windows has been great. For some reason I cant access it with my phone, my only complaint about the app.
