O aplicativo é excelente, gerencio as conversas sem ter que ficar com a encheção de saco pelo WhatsApp. É possível configurar respostas automáticas para que os clientes já tirem suas dúvidas antes mesmo de chegar a um suporte humano. Isso dá agilidade e passa conforto para os clientes que não precisam esperar alguém atendê-lo.
It is intuitive instantly - by the way I would remove the 25 word limit on this review as I nearly just got out of it as it was annoying to have to write 25 words when busy
