무료로서는 너무좋습니다. 그래도 폰트 크기 조절만 가능했더라면 더 좋았을텐데 쪼금 아쉬워서 별3개만 드립니다.
나머지는 딱히 불편하것 없이 잘 사용중입니다.
Shopify Inbox is easy to set up and helps me chat with customers directly on my store. I like that I can see what customers have in their cart while replying. Sometimes notifications are a bit slow, but overall it’s a helpful app.
Easy to install, native in Shopify and so the page remains quick, easy for customers, a lot of advantages such as the chance to send direct link to product page or a draft order. What more could you want?
Sometimes messages that are read and replied to still show as a new message.
Other than that its a good feature. Easy to use with fast prompts.
leider können spam mails nicht gefiltert werden. und es gibt keine möglichkeiten, nachrichten in bulk zu löschen

Doesnt work on the phone app anymore. Wont allow me to login. Asked multiple times for help. Nothing done on it.
the worst app , my clients keep sending me messages and i cannot read them or reply to them, absolutely awful app
