Es funcional para lo que se necesita. Solo que de repente con las actualizaciones del telefono se desconcecta el chat y puedo contestar hasta que veo la indicación de mensaje por el correo
Guter Anlaufpunkt für Kunden :) Kommen viele Anfragen darüber rein. Noch besser wäre es wenn man noch mehr automatische Nachrichten nutzen könnte.

Works well but the instant answers need to allow you to link pages and products.
Please guys you need to add Whatsapp chat integration into Inbox.

Shopify Inbox is efficient and user-friendly, streamlining customer communication superbly. It lacks some advanced features but overall enhances business interaction. Recommended for small to medium-sized stores. Adheres to terms, no incentives involved.
YOU NEED A BUTTON OR OPTION TO ALLOW TO CLOSE ALL OPEN CONVERSATIONS OR OLD MESSAGES
I wish it would not log me out and force me to login in each time... it feels as if it is a little disconnected from the rest of my store... besides this, it's nothing special but works just as needed... so I am still happy with it.

Hey, there! Glad to hear the app is working as needed. At the current time the app does log you out in order to protect your and your customers' security, however I can definitely understand how convenient it would be to stay logged in. Need on Desktop:
Ability to search chats (a must)
Relabel chat headings (this was there before but can't find it now?). Super handy to be able to add a customer name or note there.
Save images with an extension, have to rename them every time right now to open them.
Bulk manage chats (archive etc)
Expire old chats after xxx days
Also need to be able to sent the chat to the customer in Email afterwards like Shopify support does.

The idea is great, but does not work for me due to the restriction of IOS platforms.
