I love that the app can also be on my mobile, so I can get notifications on the go. I have had interactions the same day the app was install. I would recommend this for any business owner with a website.
muito prático, porem gostaria que tivesse uma opção de silenciar certas conversas pois as vezes temos conversas mais recorrentes no instagram e ficamos recebendo aviso de cliente mandando mensagem
Bonne expérience, c'est très pratique. Et le fait d'avoir une interface de gestion sur l'appli mobile c'est génial.
Eficiente y simple. La recomendamos si lo que quieres es una app para hablar con tus clientes de forma fácil y rápida.

Very quick and user friendly. Have not used that much but so far so good with using this inbox system.

Sebbene ci siano molti fattori da considerare, uno dei più importanti è il giusto posizionamento di mercato per il tuo negozio. Quando si vendono prodotti generici relativamente economici, i clienti hanno aspettative di servizio diverse rispetto a quando acquistano prodotti personalizzati costosi, quindi è necessario comunicare con i clienti in modo tempestivo e Inbox mi aiuta a tenermi in contatto con i clienti.
So far this app has worked well. Can't think of any other features it needs. Would advise adding it to your site.
It allows my customers to contact me with any questions or concerns they may have which could convert into sales.
