Since I added the inbox app to my website I have been really impressed with how easy it is to respond to and manage customer enquiries. I would say 90% of enquiries through the inbox app convert to sales as its allows me to quickly respond to a potential customers query from my phone while Im away from my computer. Whats not to love and its free !!!

This app is the most significant improvement to my store since the "If You Liked That, Then Try This". Smart, efficient, my customers like it, and I like it as well. However, it now means I can never be away from the store, since it works beautifully on my mobile device as well.
I am using it for last one year and i found it Excellent App with user friendly interface and amazing its 100% FREE.

this is very good. A little recommendation. Please give the settings to change the automated questions from the customer's perspective. I only see one "I need an update for my order" and that too cannot be customized.
