Shopify inbox is a good tool to connect the customer with our customer service. I would like that of all the functionalities that it has, i request to Shopify inbox place a dot indicator online and offline status in the dialog box, finaly, they could add the visualization of IP and place a location point in real where the user who visits our online store contacts us.
As a basic chat that you can easily put on your website it works like a charm. I wish it had some more features, but I will continue to use it and hope for more features in the future.
I liked this application, i can see the notification each and every time a customer reach out to me.
Bin noch nicht vollständig eingearbeitet, aber bietet schon neue Möglichkeiten. :-) Der Abgleich mit der App am Handy war am Anfang verwirrend, ist aber jetzt klar.
On utilise cette app et c'est vraiment pratique pour nous. Ceci permets de parler directement avec les clients via un seul chat.
Inbox has been extremely helpful for both helping prospective and current customers with any questions or queries.
Really appreciate the time and effort put into making this app. It gives us all the system features that very big companies have.
I added this app to have a better experience with the customers. Instead of them having to email, they can send a message through chat and I can respond immediately.

This app has cut our emails down significantly--only wish they had an emoji option to add when talking to customers.
