I like the simplicity and it is so much easier to use than most of the other products out there. However, in it's simplicity, there are things- simple things, that would really help us out, like a search function. I just got some items back in stock (and I do have an app to alert back in stock sign ups) but it would be nice to message those customers who had asked and who may not have signed up for an alert. I also would love MORE automatic responses. Just 2 or 3 more would be great. But beyond that, I am really liking it.

Applicazione di per se valida, mancano alcune funzioni che la renderebbero più interessante come ad esempio una funzione più avanzata della gestione delle chat. E una maggiore personalizzazione del logo a comparsa

In the form in which the client leaves his data for contact, no phone number. How do I insert a phone number item?

Hi, there! Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review for Shopify Inbox. At this time, you're unable to edit the pre-chat form to request a customer's phone number. At this time, emails are collected to allow you to speak to your customers asynchronously via email if both parties aren't able to participate in a live chat. However, having the option to request this information would bring some additional value to Inbox. I've gone ahead and passed your feedback along to the team for future consideration. Shopify is one of the e-commerce stores I have been with and I love the way I get to sell at my pace. I have a hard time finding the best store format to download my Ail link on and getting Shopify to work with Google but I think it's just me!
By far this is one of the better sites for new beginners like me

One negative - can't change the default - track my order pre-filled answer.

While you can't change the initial default "Track my order" message, you can edit the follow-up responses under Quick replies (https://bit.ly/3PHm0wo). The app is good, but there is a delay with notifications to reply to messages. So far I have only had a couple of messages so I will see how it goes in the future.
