Very useful app. Helps increase conversion through better and quicker service. Easy too use and love it has a cell version.
Meh. Not seamless. To many screens before I get to inbox. I don't like frames. Would like to be able to resize frames to my liking.

I have lots of customer enquires on this after hours and find I would be loosing these sales of the option to chat wasn't there..

I LOVE this app. I use it over Meta Business for Facebook all the time because it opens faster. It combines messages coming from Instagram, my website and Facebook together, faster than their original apps. I like seeing everything in one spot too.
Handy, nicer to have a native alternative to Intercom. The sync between Facebook seems to be intermittent as not all messages show up and if someone replies to a customer message within Facebook, it doesn't show up in Inbox.

I fully believe I have had more sales since I've been able to answer customer questions on the spot. It's absolutely awesome that Shopify actually provides a FREE app to allow me to communicate with my customers. (The integration with Facebook messenger is also a plus)
