I get a lot more conversions and it is easy to navigate. My assistant can also easily navigate and help reply to messages.

instagram request messages dont show images, which is a hassle. otherwise its pretty useful to have all messages in one platform

This is a game-changer for our small D2C business. We used to get a ton of emails to the support & info addresses and spent too much time crafting responses to each inquiry. With the chat feature we're able to quickly respond to customer questions in an informal manner and it's been awesome for us. Definitely seeing more conversions and happier customers. I love this app. Works fine. Had a small issue Contacted support, they reacted super fast. They fixed the issue in less than 2 days. No issues besides This one works perfect. Super easy to set up. Would be Nice to switch to dark mode. Hope you add This feature in the futures

So far so good. I wish it shows the SKU of the item the customers browsing instead of: XXX messaged you from xxx page.
