chat icon is directly over Checkout button for some themes and diasables function of it. not recommended...

If the issue still occurs on your store, please uninstall the Shopify Inbox app, then reinstall it again as this should help fix the issue. It's very convenient. The only disadvantage may be that you can't translate every sentence.but it is very useful~!
This app is really helpful. My only complaint is it allows only 1 store. I have 3 that I currently manage for different pieces of our company. It would be nice to manage them all without having to log out and log back in, ESPECIALLY on my mobile app.

La he instalado hoy, por el momento bien. Me parece muy práctico que puedas contestar mensajes tanto desde el ordenador como desde la app del móvil.
It is very handy and efficient for communicating with customers, also I can send files and pictures, etc which is very convenient.
