I love this app because it lets me know when I have a customer wanting to talk with me, and that's really important to me. Tip - be sure to enable mobile notifications and you'll never miss another timely connection with a customer.

Really nice integration! It would be great if on the mobile version the chat with us icon is smaller or can be removed everywhere but on some pages if the customer deletes it. e.g.: it is annoying on a product page when you want to look at the product images and it covers some functionality. otherwise great features
