this is very good for talking with customers

great app to stay InTouch with your costumers.

I would like to have more details about the customers and what pages they are on. Also more promotes for them on different pages

It is a good app to connect our customer through live chat.

Easy to use, and the phone app is very helpful.

It offers a more immediate way to have interaction with my customers. Not all customers want to phone, and emailing back and forth is not always the best option for people. Having a chat option on my site has increased my exposure and has definitely led to an increase in sales.
