Very usful. Much more accessible to our customers who can not find our email address, and also the chat will target the specific item they might have a question about. I have found that the auto generated suggested messages are not always accuarte, saying we have something in stock when, in fact, we are out of stock. Overall it is a postivie experience.

It works well. Somehow, I still miss some of the notifications. If the notifications kept coming until answered, that would make it near perfect.

It's a great point of contact BUT it would be AMAZINGLY HELPFUL if there was a SEARCH feature so we can easily search for chats via customer name and keywords.

I like shopify inbox, it's worked really well for my customer. However despite following all the steps I still can't make notifications work on Chrome. I have to rely on seeing these on my phone/email. Also would be nice to be able to choose exact position on the page, I think it interferes with my cookies pop up sometimes.
Hey, there! I'm sorry to hear that you haven't been able to get your desktop notifications working. In Chrome, desktop notifications for new Inbox messages should appear when your browser is open and you're logged in to your Shopify account.
That said, in order to receive desktop notifications on the computer, you also need to click "Allow" when prompted by your browser in order to allow desktop notifications from Shopify Inbox. The browser prompt appears the first time you log into Shopify Inbox. If you missed or dismissed the pop-up prompt the first time, then you can access your Shopify Inbox desktop notification settings at any time by clicking your name on Shopify Inbox > Notifications. If you're still not receiving notifications after checking this, feel free to reach out to our Support team any time and we can continue troubleshooting with you: https://bit.ly/2AWw5VA.

Usei para acompanhar os clientes mais rapidamente. é muito util e poupa imenso trabalho. A identificação das encomendas e a visualização imediata dos modelos que os clientes estão a ver no momento é perfeita.
Search function is desperately needed for looking back old conversation. or letting us to rename the conversation will be great.

Allows for more efficient communication with customers on various platforms. Convenient to have everything in one place.
I like the simplicity and it is so much easier to use than most of the other products out there. However, in it's simplicity, there are things- simple things, that would really help us out, like a search function. I just got some items back in stock (and I do have an app to alert back in stock sign ups) but it would be nice to message those customers who had asked and who may not have signed up for an alert. I also would love MORE automatic responses. Just 2 or 3 more would be great. But beyond that, I am really liking it.

Applicazione di per se valida, mancano alcune funzioni che la renderebbero più interessante come ad esempio una funzione più avanzata della gestione delle chat. E una maggiore personalizzazione del logo a comparsa
