This sales channel really helps convert customers. but it loads slowly on my phone so i often miss the customer
it is a spam magnet!! get it if you want to be inundated with nigerian digial marketers every hour of the rest of your life

It works great from the first moment i installed it.
Customers really like immediate chats.
For us it is a great tool to just give that little bit extra.

I really like this app. Very easy to use. My only complaint is that it is a little buried in my Shopify store--took me a while to find it
love it, would much like to have Salesforce integration!, very user friendly and helpful. Sure it´ll improve with time
We switched from another chat app and this one is far superior. It is integrated with orders and pulls up the customer history in the sidebar which is so helpful. I like the quick replies as well. Being able to reply on a mobile phone or laptop is also a plus.
Excellent!...we use it everyday, helps us to talk to customers and answer their queries straightaway
Its nice so far lets see how it will go... When I will have emails from my real customers then I can comment...
