I am still evaluatiing and I like it. I don't like the big picture message right in my face where I usually would see a list of messages. I think it is beneficial for some things to look like other similar things and email is one of them. I don't look forward to figuring out if I can receive or send attachments. The small little tiny little thing at the top that says I have a message is taking a learning curve to remember that is there when new messages should be RIGHT IN MY FACE SAYING YAEH LOOK AT ME PLEASE ME !!!! ME
Lovely app. Easy to use and easy to install. I would like to see some more customisation options though. For example the 'Chat with us' bubble, I'd like to be able to customise this more. It also blocks the cookie policy banner which isn't great UX. The pop up window also isn't customisable, I.e I can't add background images, or make it more on brand. I'd also want to see some analytics. How many customers interacted with it? which FaQ is the most read? and so on. Otherwise, it's a basic app that seems to work well.

We started using it recently, is going well... the only thing I can say for now it is the assignment to the staff, usually it is open whcih in a way it is ok, but from the staff only one party deals with chat. I would like to be able to assign the chat from a settings POV. This way there is no confusion between owner accounting and staff.

I did some digging into your staff situation and you should be able to pick and choose who have permissions to work with Inbox. You can invite staff members to Inbox from your Inbox Dashboard at this page here: https://bit.ly/3milTev. If you have staff members who are not on this list, but you want them to be, you can invite them through here. Then, double check their permissions in the 'Users and Permissions' section of your Shopify Admin.
If you have staff that don't have app permissions for Inbox there, and they are still receiving emails after making these changes, then you will want them to click 'unsubscribe' on the bottom of the most recent Inbox email they've received. This will prevent them from receiving any future emails. Really good, better than Freshchat which we now cancelled. A couple of features that would give this a good 5 stars is emoji's, more instant replies (FAQ) and file uploads (for example PDF). Other than that, we're loving it.

Useful for quick resolution of customer issues when both parties are online with option for customers to leave a message when we are not available
É um app que poderia ser nativo do Shopify, ou pelo menos ter uma integração melhor a nível de backend. Na verdade não há integração alguma, o app abre em um novo site, quando deveria ser parte da admin. O péssimo é a necessidade de abrir o app para ficar online, para receber qualquer notificação. O Shopify deveria mudar a forma como alguns apps se comportam, mostrando notificação do app na própria administração do site.
