I would give 5 starts but there is a major issue with with Google robots and SERPS. The app is injecting a "(1)" at the beginning of the page tiles to signify the number of messages. This shows up on search engine results pages. Resubmitting the sitemap doesn't fix the issue. Either remove that injection or code it in a way so it is invisible to Google robots. Thank you!

Incredible app on so many levels. Shopify has done a good job keeping the app incredibly simple, easy to use and cross-device. That being said, this app lacks some very basic integration tools that knock it down from 5 to 3 stars. It would be amazing if it could do something as simple as integrate with Google sheets for reporting, Slack for notification and team tracking, etc. A Zapier integration would be really appreciated!

I got so many login requests when trying to access both mobile and on browser.... Too much work - I am deleting it again.

App ist gut, aber habe in letzter Zeit ständig Probleme beim Einloggen (Code 1000), was recht nervig ist.
I'm writing this review in hopes that shopify will read it and improve on the app! This app has actually helped us engage with many buyers, and close many sales. BUT...and this is a big but...it takes forever, and it's very hard to do so using an iphone. There's no desktop version, and that makes it very expensive to make these sales. What it has proven to us is that there is a need for chat in our store and customers love having that access. Our wishlist... a desktop version, an order lookup in the chat itself, and an immediate prompt / text box for customers to leave an email. At this point, customers are only prompted to leave an email after they've asked a question. Then, they're told "oops, we're not here, please leave your email" and often, they do not. They're so disappointed we've wasted their time by then that they click off. It's not a horrifying app. But, I'd call it "chat for beginners". Very beginners ;)

This app does not support image. you won not able to see on your mobile. it's completely disappointed.

The Shopify Inbox app allows you to upload and share images with your customers via your mobile device; I just tested this myself in my iPhone and was able to share an image successfully. I have a iphone and it tells me i have to go to my desk top to pick app i want to add. I cant even get this to work computer say it cant load because its an app and not a program. page just sits and flashes.
Very easy to use!! I like the section of questions and answers.
Also, the users use a lot the inbox
