Great app but need more flexibility. Please add ability to add collections (not just products) and link to pages (instead of full URL) on shopify site within instant answers and when replying. Please also add ability to integrate chat in contact us page and as a link to pop open a chat box from anywhere (e.g. from product page) vs. just the static icon floating at the bottom of the page. Please allow more customization of the chat button including text / font / bold and outline color so for instance a black button shows up when over black because there is a white outline.

Super easy to set up and like the follow up emails. The custom messages (quick replies & instant answers) are great as we have a very niche business. It would be nice to see our visitors in real-time via Shopify Inbox (our previous chat app had this feature). Also, any way you can add a document upload? Currently, you only offer an image

Easy to use. I've made several tests pretending to be a customer, and it worked well. Had some troubles installing on my phone, ended with an app called PING - quite confusing. But now I receive all the customer messages, from Facebook Messanger and Shopify Chat, in one place.

Yes, Shopify Ping which is free to use, is required to use Shopify Chat. It's like a big inbox on your phone, as you have figured out. Thank you for trying the app and hoping it leads to more sales for you!

So far, I have found it helpful. Unfortunately the first few days it didn't load so now that it has I have apologized to those customers. I can already see how answering questions promptly will assist our sales. Many of those writing to us have items in their cart already and just need a bit more assistance.

At this time, the Shopify chat widget is found on all pages and can't be customized to appear on specific pages. I will share your feedback for customizing the button location with our Developers.

It's great that you receive an email and you can directly chat with customers in the chat box and as the business owner, this is great for our customers. THe issue that I have an Operations / Cust Care team who run Freshdesk and I would like to copy these enquiries into their system. At the moment we are cut and pasting the Shopify Inbox calls into Freshdesk. Can this be improved? Apart from that I'm very happy with the front end and I'm just setting up my typical Q & A automation.

I really like the app, however, I only have 2 requests (improvements) as follows:
(01) In the mobile view of my store the app icon covers the shopping cart icon which makes the user experience very uneasy, the user can NOT easily click on the shopping cart, especially as a bilingual (English/Arabic "RTL") website, if I change the icon position from right to left, the same issue will happen in the English website as well, So my recommendation is to add a feature which allows us to disable the icon on the mobile view or change it's positioning at least.

(02) I would love to manage which page of my website shall have the chat icon, as example I only want to have the chat icon (option) if my customers visit my contact page, not to have it on every page he/she visits on the website.
I wish you consider these 2 recommendations in your upcoming update if possible & thanks a lot for this great app
Globalement l'application est assez pratique. Le seul bémol c'est l'affichage de la liste de produit. Le nom des produits est tronqué, ce qui rend difficile la sélection de produit ayant un nom proche.
Easy to use and fast too. Love how it integrates well with Instagram. Interacting with customers in real time. I just hope the mobile app worked as well as the web app.
